What is the minimum order for custom printing?

Low. Custom runs start small, from a few cartons. Tell us your quantity range in the form and we quote to your run, not to a catalog tier.

What art formats do you accept?

Vector is best: SVG, AI, or PDF. A high-resolution PNG works too. If your art is not ready, check "I need help with artwork" and our team preps it with you, free.

How does the proof process work?

Before anything runs, you get a free digital proof showing your logo, ink color, and placement. Nothing prints until you approve it.

How long does a custom run take?

We print in-house in Louisville, so lead times stay in our control. Your quote includes a firm lead time, and we reply to every request within one business day.

Are printed mailers still recyclable?

Yes. Every mailer is 100% recycled kraft, curbside recyclable, and plastic-free. Our printing does not change that.
